DealerSight Orientation

The Dealersight Lead Management System is so easy to use that we have had some users who have needed no assistance whatsoever. They have simply clicked around, gotten a feel for the system and what it can do - and they're off and running. It's that easy to use!

However, there are some nuances and hidden features that users should know about and as a provision of purchasing a subscription. With your new subscription, each of your users is typically provided with two 1/2 hour telephone tutorials, which is generally sufficient to start benefitting from DealerSight. Then we typically provide two or three supplemental 15 minute sessions and subsequent tutorials are available on demand, on an ongoing basis.

Subscriptions are transferable within your dealership to new personnel, however, based on the competitive pricing DealerSight is famous for, we must charge an additional $50 orientation fee for any new user who is replacing an existing user and who goes through the orientation process with us.
