DealerSight Setup Process

DealerSight provides same-day setup of your Lead Manager subscription. The process involves the creation of a complex, secure database specifically for each of your dealerships. For each dealership, each of your users is then set up in the system.

Following the set up and configuration of your DealerSight system, each of your lead providers is contacted by email and telephone by DealerSight personnel. They are instructed to CC via email, all of your sales leads in XML/ADF format (where possible) to your unique, dealership-level DealerSight email address. Where providers cannot send XML/ADF formatted emails custom written parsers are written for your regularly incoming leads in order to ingest them into the database.

Lead sources vary by dealership, but may include your own website, manufacturer websites, lead providers such as Dealix, AutoUSA, AutoTrader, CarsDirect.com, Etc. The process of completing these requests may take a few additional days.
